一、既往史的概述

既往史主要是对病人本次住院首发症状之前的健康状况的全面回顾和追述。

二、既往史的内容

①过去一般健康情况，是否体弱多病。

②传染病或寄生虫感染史。按患病之先后，将诊断经过逐一记录。有时须询问若干传染病症状（如长期发热、出疹、脓血便及黏液等），并加以记录。

③预防接种史及传染病接触史，记录预防接种的时间、反应和症状，曾与何种可疑传染性疾病接触。

④过敏史，如药物、食物过敏史。

⑤手术外伤史。

⑥系统回顾，包括呼吸系统、循环系统、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统、血液系统、内分泌系统、骨关节系统、神经系统。

三、注意点

①时态：一般都用的是过去式，但持续到目前的疾病或症状等就要用现在完成时态。

②既往史的写作结构是按其内容来写的。

③过去一般健康情况（bein...healthbefore）

④传染病或寄生虫感染史（infectiousdisease，parasiticdisease）

⑧系统回顾（systemreview）

系统回顾一般常用的句式是

He/Shedeniedanyhistoryof...,...or...

HE/Shehadnopasthistoryof...,...or...

如有具体的情况，就要用到以下的句式：

…岁时曾患过…病sufferedfrom...attheageof....

…年前曾患过…病sufferedfrom.../...yearsago

自从…时候起患…病至今hasbeensuferedfrom...since...

患…病，有…年了hasbeensufferedfrom...for..years.
